Looking at my credit card statements i notice some unusual charges from Well Internet Directory. Never heard of them never charged anything. Called the number next to name and charge. I was told that i purchased an internet directory service for $9.95, in which i knew i had not purchased. The customer service rep. gave me the run around until i told them i was going to report this to my credit card. I was given to a supervisor who then said i would be refunded. I still reported it to my credit card and found out there was one more charge for $9.95. This needs to stop. People who use the internet for the purpose of purchasing items,services,etc. should be better protected.
