I am an individual and responded to a phone call from Aims Review.A very fast talking agent rattled on about pop claims. I requested that they carried out the claim on my behalf. I was then asked for a payment of 250 pounds, which I so stupidly paid by debit card.I enquired of the agent of aims review about a full refund if no monies were claimed as a result of their actions. She confirmed TWICE that. Yes I would get a refund. When I eventually found out that the claim was unsuccessful I phoned the with regards to the refund of my. 250 pounds I was told to write in and it would be considered. Much later I received a letter stating that. My request was being reviewed and further contact Will not be necessary as mr Alvarez will make a decision and I will be informed of his decision in a month. That was two months ago and I can not get any response by phone.I am a o.a.p and I think I,'ve Ben conned.
