They sold me a van and never produces the van. They just skated out with my money. I have paid them a deposit of $1500.00 through post office money orders then I sent them $4250.00 through a cashiers check from my bank and the other $292.80 was for the nonrefundable plane tickets that we purchased to go get the van before they just disappeared with my money.

- He's currently in Macomb County Jail, where he is likely to be for a while. Perhaps its worth a visit with the right legal counsel to seek your money back(not likely given his bankruptcy status) or have him charged with fraud (serve a longer sentence).

- We went to Macomb and filed felony fraud against them and are waiting to see if he's going to show up with the van or issue a refund or just go to jail again. But if he goes to jail this time it will be on felony charges not misdemeanor fraud. We will see! I will keep everyone posted.
