my daughter was persuaded on 23/7/13 to pay £75 for 4 months. she did not need or want the service. she is a bit disabled mentally & physically, & later on 2 ocasions, tried to cancel the arrangement, but was talked over ,could hardly get a word in, & was bullied into leaving it. only 20/9/13 did i find out about it. i rang trading standards, c.a.b., & action fraud. so far i've had no advice as to what to do. she did not sign a contract of any sort.
as she is on e.e.s.a. every penny is important.
