I bought a Antelope Orion 32 from him on thegearslutz forum. He approached me using "Mixnotes" username to sell me his orion 32.
He used another email address ([email protected]) to contact with the photos of the item.
We agreed on the price, then he sent me a wepay.com invoice on Nov 17. After I paid, he said he will ship it the day afterward and send me the tracking code. The day after that, no tracking code received from him, and his excuse was left the shipping receipt at the studio.
Since then, he disappeared, no email reply, the phone number appeared to be a fake one. Cannot reach him for 4 days until I found his Facebook account and try to reach him through private message on Facebook.
That's his exact reply,
"Hey It was shipped out. You should be getting it today. I had to jet out for work but will be back in Nashville this evening.
Sorry I didn't get back to you. This week has been a bit fucked for me."
He then continued to ask me to take the dispute off against him on we pay.com.
Of course I wouldn't do it unless I saw the proof of shipping.
At this point, there's still no proof or sign of the item has been shipped. And my refund request is still under process.

Same thing happened to me when he tried to sell me a SM7B microphone three weeks ago.
Gave me a link to his mixnotesblog.com to invoice paypal
Payment went to [email protected], Sharon Roye
Jonathan told me the item shipped on monday after payment was made on a friday and after 8 days I tried to contact him to only be ignored for 5 days since the item never arrived. It was only after I escalated my paypal dispute to a claim that he popped up. He told me that he would refund my money (not holding my breath, but I did win my paypal claim against him). His excuse was that he was out of town and his intern was shipping 6 different things and sent the mic to someone else and it was going to come back and he would put it on ebay. Sounds like a similar story to many others. Stay away from this guy ... he comes across LEGIT but is not. Sounds like a guy with a long history of RIPPING PEOPLE OFF! Don't do business with Jonathan Roye! -
