This person called Jonathan Roye was selling an Digidesign Pro Control with the Fader Pack on Craigslist, so I called him to negotiate the price and see if it was to trust, everything looked right, then he send me some videos of the controller working and I decided to pay him by Venmo. After that he ask me for my address and give him one of my friend's address because I was going to leave town the next 2 weeks he told me: "tomorrow morning I am shipping this for you". I said, ok I will wait for tomorrow. The next day I was waiting for the tracking number and nothing happened, so I called him again for the tracking number and he respond me: " yes I send it today, you will have it in 2 or 3 days. 7 days after I texted my friend asking if the console had arrived and he respond me: not, nothing came. So I started thinking that something was going wrong with this transaction and I tried to call him again and he didn't respond my calls, email, almost the same thing that everyone here. Tomorrow I'll call to my credit card to see if I am covered for fraud insurance and I'll report this on some police department so they can do something with sweet dude.
So if you are trying to make business with this person, PLEASE RUN AS FAST YOU POSSIBLE CAN OF THIS PERSON.
So I apreciate if someone have more information about this guy please share with me (pablodc52gmail.com), I am going to open a case against this pice of **#@* . Luckly my wife and my brother in law are lawyers so they will be helping me.
