As stated on our website and in our Terms of Service, the non-refundable $14.95 is for your domain name registration. Because you keep ownership of the domain for one year, regardless of whether or not you keep your hosting plan with us, this fee is non-refundable. You can continue to use the domain, sell it, etc.
