The absolute worst experience I've ever had with a retailer.I ordered sunglasses online,  accidentally entering in the wrong expiration date from my credit card. When I called in to correct the date, they informed me that the glasses I had ordered were no longer available, I asked that they cancel the order. Seemingly simply. However, twice a day for one month now, I get an automated, unreplyable spam email from the company about the order.You would think a simple call to the company would resolve this. But no. I was initially told the emails would stop. They never did.I have now called the company 6 times asking to cease the emails. Each time I have been met with an obnoxious, mentally challenged employee who literally hangs up on me or barks that they will never stop sending the emails. After the most recent call I was somehow connected to a "supervisor" who promised the emails would stop. They haven't.It is enfuriating and annoying beyond belief - not strictly because of the emails, but mostly because I find it absolutely shocking that these ignorant people actually have jobs and are in charge of anything above wiping their own (Inappropriate Content Removed).Don't waste your time.
