We ordered a pair of Tom Ford eyeglasses. They were shipped in a timely manner and everything was great. When we gave the pair of glasses to our brother for Christmas, he wanted to see if he could exchange them for another model. We sent an email explaining the situation and were sent a copy of their policy by email without proper instructions but they did offer to exchange them. We looked up the address on their website and sent them with a little note and model number that we wanted to exchange them for. After 10 days, our package came back with insufficient address. I contacted the company to tell them about the issue and they were very rude and told me that i didn't follow proper return procedure and that they couldn't help me because my 14 days had passed and threatened to sue me if i called my credit card company!
