A lady calls and tells me I won a 500$ gift card from doing an internet survey. I do these sometimes but never expect to win. I was happy then she transfers me to the customer satisfaction line where she asks me to rate her as being polite and explaining things. The next voice I hear is this male who is telling me about all the free magazines I will be getting with the gift card. I have to activate it but he somehow has the first number of my card and some magazines seem ok but the conversation is more about me getting and choosing magazines now then the winning and no talk of the satisfaction the other woman told me either. I kept telling the man Eric Reid (he said his name was) that I was not sure and would have to read it over before making a decision on magazines and he kept repeating that our conversation was being recorded too (strange). I called back the customer service line the very next day 10/31 and was told that Eric Reid could not come and speak to me and there was not a time when he could. They also said all sales were final and that they would help people in financial hardship but the person on the phone could not help me. I never even picked out magazines so why was I charged already? Mr Reid told me I would get to choose from a list once I got it in the mail after 5 days. They just charged me right away and didn't even give me time to get the letter and contracts to look at or think it over and not even get a "FREE" 500$ gift card. I wish I never answered the phone this company is BAD BAD BAD
