I also bought the trial of Raspberry ketone and cleanse plus for £4.95 each, but have since been unexpectedly billed £99.95 and £95.95. Having just spoken to them over the telephone they informed me that it clearly states information about repeat orders and the cost. This is a lie, they are hiding information somewhere in the terms and conditions, which I have not found yet. I told them that I wanted a refund and after telling me that they would cancel the repeat order (which I knew nothing about!) they happily told me that it was my fault for clicking on the button to agree to the terms!After arguing with them for 10 minutes they agreed to a partial refund of £40 per product (£80 total) but I am not happy with this as I told them they are hiding the information and conning people. They should be up front about the real costs. Also I knew nothing about repeat orders and payments, so will have to wait another month to see if they have actually cancelled this!
My next move will be to speak to the bank (Nat west) and trading standards.
