I checked my bank and found it had been debited by £89,I emailed company to see what this payment was for,and to cancel whatever it was,and requested refund. I have now been told order is cancelled and no refund due to being after 14 days. I don't know what the order was and did not cancel order,because I did not know there was one,until I enquired about the money which was taken from my acc. All I did was take a free sample paid £2-99 postage and did not receive that either,
