i ordered in november what i thought was a free trial of raspberry ketone blast only to pay 4.95for shipping on recieving my bank statement this morning they have actually taken 194.94 am at this moment thinking of getting legaladvice as i did not agree to this arrangement they dont even give results. thankyou.

Hi there,
I ordered this product this morning and after reading all of these complaints I called an 0800 number to try and cancel my order. Apparently it's already been shipped. The woman on the phone was very patronising and said I had to return the items when they arrived using a RAM number and I should get a refund in 30 business days.
The only things that confuses me is I keep checking my bank account and I am yet to see the money being taken out of my account so have I got away with it or will it be taken in a couple of days. I'm a student and I have no money as it is so to have this happen is so frustrating.
Any help or advice will be great. Thanks. -
