I ordered inkjet cartridges and they sent me an order number but no tracking info. I have not received my merchandise and it has shown up on my bank statement under the name baytelecomm. They have a phone number listed which no one answers. I looked up the company on the internet and found complaints on the company. The following is the ripoff report I found.
