Accepted a trial offer for $2.95 which can be cancelled at any time. 2 weeks later was charged $100 for cost of product and had to agree to a monthly billing of this amount should I decide to keep the product which I understood at the time of accepting the trial. I then made efforts to cancel my trial offer and was basically ridiculed over the phone after waiting 20 minutes for an operator to answer. The call center is noisy and the operator speaks broken english. She said I would be billed for the product (I never received the product until after the 10 day trial period ended. I live in Seattle! The company is in California... not exactly far geographically). I asked to cancel. She said "I will give you half off this and the next order and give it more time to try it out. You may cancel at any time. I asked "I will get to keep this product and the next order to be received by me November 5 all for 49.99?" She said yes. I agreed to this arrangement. I called back a few days later thinking this is not a good idea since it seems like a scam. Again, broken english at noisy call center I ask to cancel since I don't notice significant improvements in my skin for the cost. I had to inquire if she was even listening to me and my requests. At one point I had to raise my voice and ask her if she was deaf. I am very polite and have never spoke to anyone this way before. At the end of the conversation I started laughing at myself. Why did I buy into such a scam? The product is fine. Not worth the $100/ month price tag when I can get botox twice a year for the same overall "out-of-pocket". I ensured with a confirmation # that my account is canceled. I asked if I would be getting my next order of the product which was agreed upon at the time of the last phone conersation and she said "no". Same operator as last time... lied. I asked her if she re-called telling me that the last time and she said "no". They should really record their conversations. The operators make false promises to consumers so they agree to continue buying the product. Anyway, lesson learned. I wish I had read your review before purchasing and will certainly do more investigating in the future. I am an educated woman who feels pretty silly right now!

Nue Science is a good product. The price tag is inflated. Botox twice a year would cost roughly the same and produce better results. I would buy this product if I didn’t have to commit to a monthly supply. I would love to purchase the product as a kit initially and then “a-la-carte” as needed therafter. I know other users must be thinking the same thing I only wonder why no one shares these thoughts!
