I did receive my Ink I purchased $126.93 worth,including shipping costs. But it was not compatible with my printer, only reason I bought it in the first place, they said it was! Plus when I opened the package, Ink flew everywhere, so I complained and they sent me an RMA form to fill out and asked me to send it back with a tracking number which cost me an extra $20.00
I told them I no longer wanted their Ink and could they send me paper instead, the reply was yes, and what kind would you like?
Well 10 months later and about 30 emails or so, I have yet to receive my order.I even complained to PayPal and they said it has to be filed within a 30 day time frame, which had already been up by the time I received my Ink in the first place.
I had threatened them once with a video to be posted about their service, which is one of the few times I heard back from them...they said " they were under new management and they would send the order right away"...they never did!
I tried calling the number on their web site...it is not in service, then I found another number, which has a message that the person is not available to take your call...It would not allow me to leave a message.
I've decided to follow through with my video, to help ensure others don't get screwed over!
Update: 02/17/2012
I was wrong about the 30 emails, I just counted them..there are 68 emails between us, only 4 of them from InksOutlet!
