Ordered the free trial in May 2013, of course I didn't read the small print that said that i had to cancel the subscription within 28 days or else they will start charging me the full price for the products. I discovered it 2 months later and they had already taken almost $600.00 from my account. I called them on 0800 011 9520 (UK) and of course in the beginning they tried to tell me that it was my fault but I explained that since I haven't received the trial products within the 28 days I couldn't decide about the products and I thought it was a scam that's why I didn't bother to cancel. they came to the conclusion that I was right and they decided to refund the full amount, the last transaction on a bank transfer and the rest they would send me checks within 6-8 weeks. Since then I called them twice as they haven't sent anything to my account or any check and today (12/10/13) they told me that they have cancelled the refunds as I need to return the products. I told them that they should have notified me and then the customer support lady told me that she can process only one transaction at a time and every time they would charge me almost $20 for the return. I asked for the manager to call me back which she will on monday (14/10/13). We will see but to be honest I don't thing they will refund my money. Please let us know if anyone actually received a refund from them.
