I ordered the trial for a friend at work. Didn't know I was signing up to a subscription. I cancelled this on August 4th and argued for a full refund. I have phoned the company numerous times and been told something different in every phone call made to them. After 4 weeks of calls I was told it would take 60 days for the money to be transferred to my account. They are now over the 60 days and they have received the goods back(sept). I called again today after supervisors failed to call me back. I was again fobbed off with another story. They are now telling me that there is a problem with people receiving their money and my details will be passed on to the appropriate people. I have asked for the companies name and address and informed them I will be taking legal action!!!!
