Extreme predatory and aggressive sales practices. Charming sales staff bring you in to their store, sell you one thing, by starting off with high price, lowering the price, "throwing things in for free", promising you years of free facials etc etc. They even did this with my 13 year old daughter. Once you buy one thing, another fast talking sales person, starts selling you more, offering better prices than stated. RELENTLESS, PRESSURED, TORTUOUS, experience. The sales technique is intense, even for a me and I consider myself tough. I bought product just to get out of the store. When I tried to return it, they denied it. Although I had unopened products, original receipt and within seven days. Needless to say I was bamboozled. Hopefully this will help others to avoid the same, luckily I got out spending only 500 and not the 4000 that they tried to sell.
