I placed an order on Proviation on the 22nd of July 2013 and paid for my goods by credit card. I emailed them on the 12 of August 2013, asking for an estimated delivery date and was sent an automated reply, saying “my goods would be with me soon.” As of yet I have not received my goods, or any reason as to why I haven’t received them or the cause of the delay. I emailed them on the 8th of September 2013 requesting a delivery date, all I received was an automated reply, saying that “ Thanks for your email, we realise it is important and will try to reply as soon as possible.” I emailed the company on the 10th and 30th of September 2013 and had no reply. I want to know are you able to help me with the supply of the goods that I ordered and paid for 12weeks ago?
