I paid by credit card via Pay Pal the full amount of £610. After 6 weeks of non delivery I questioned this. I was stalled saying they had delivery problems. I believed this. Consequently the time limit given by Pay Pal of 45 days expired and they would not help me at all. All attempts of communiction with Proviation have been ignored. Voice mail, E Mails. I have since learned others have been scammed in a similar way. I would be most grateful for any help.

This complaint has now been resolved.
Good to know that companies like Scambook do make a difference. Had Proviation actioned thier correspondance in the first place none of this would have happened! -
