This is a SCAM! The parent company is: http://www.isctravel.com/ This is a Russian Passport Renewal Service. I submitted my payment and documents over 2 months ago. The company since then has vanished. Their contacts on the website have disappeared and they e-mailed all their clients to submit fraud claims through their credit cards. Aside from $500 loss, they have not returned my passport. Do NOT send them your documents!
Update: 10/01/2013
My complaint has been resolved. The company has separated from its' website provider and now has different contact information.
