I am still waiting for my passport, its been 5 months already. I was charged twice, $250 and then $575. After 2 months they got back to me telling to call my bank and cancel the changes and then pay again to another account. Otherwise they will not process my request. I can not leave the country for 5 months cause I dont have my passport. I am sure this company is a scam

Kat, I had the same problem. Ya segodnya nashla ih kontakti i govorila s nimi po telefonu. Tech kompaniya kotoraya podderjivala website razorvala s nimi kontrakt i ih website bol'she ne rabotaet.
