My daughter Karavaeva [Personal Information Removed] needed to renew her international passport (we are the immigrants from Russia), and she searched on-line the service that could help her to apply for the new document. She found several of them, and sure decided to use the one which offered best price for their help. It was the agency Russian Passport Service that advertised the service in the web site http://www.russianpassportservice.com
As a young inexperienced person, she did not pay attention for the contacts they provided on their web site. They are the mail address, the map of location, and e-mail contact, but no the phone number to call and talk.
So, my daughter filled out there form, sent them $ 146.00 as it was required for beginning the service, and did not get any answer. The problem of this situation not the money only, but the personal information that my daughter supposed to provide in the filing form.
Later, I found out that this agency does not exist in reality, but still keeps the web site and collects the money from Russian clients. All of them provide the personal information, such as the numbers of Russian passport, Birthday certificates, International passport, as well as the address, phone number, e-mail contacts and so on. I would like to find the way to stop their criminal activity. Please, help me to complain this fraud committed against human rights of personal information and protection from crime.

My wife and I have had the same problem, but rest easy. Here is a link to a site

that features the company's working phone number. We spoke with a representative in the visa department who explained that ISCtravel is undergoing reconfiguration. She said that all passport renewal accounts made during this time of reconfiguration will be cancelled. That's not good news, but at least it seems our loved one's information is not in bad hands. -

Thank you very much for your response. i want to call them anyway. It's ok that the personal information is pretty much safe, but I also need my money back. My girl works and studies to be able to pay for that and 145 dollars is not that small amount to be forgiven. And your help with the phone number is great. Thank you again.

My name is Leon, and I am a representative of the Russian Passport Service.
All in/out sent mails are registered by our system, which confirmed that on Friday 27th of July we sent out comment that we’re not able to proceed with your daughters request submitted on the 26th without proof of citizenship (confirmation of nationality) which presumably supposed to be received by your daughter Evgenia on Monday 30st. Unfortunately no other information was provided since then, causing interruption in execution of the documents unless we collect all information from your side.
We assure you that for security purposes personal data is deleted in our system within 10 days and even during this processing time is handled in confidence.
Would you be so kind to send us the notification of the credit card charge, which is automatically forwarded to the Customer by our system after transaction is completed or a bank account receipt, that the summ was transfered from your daughters account to ours? l k @ isclist.com (without spaces)
