The sales rep. John promised software, installation, hosting and for extra fees customization and SEO optimization. Once it was installed I had a couple of question. After my second round of questions, John stopped answering my emails and phone calls. After one month of emails and phone calls. PHP Auction Pro blocked my incoming cell and business phone numbers. I am unable to finish programming and and have no idea where it is hosted. They originally sent me a back-up DVD, but it did not come with a license or registration #. Worthless disc. The DVD was shipped from Penny Script Inc out of Montreal, Quebec CA. PHP Auction is in Toronto, Ontario CA., but John said they moved to Vancouver. Whatever...
I had to hire a programmer and separate host to run the program. He found out the DVD was not PHP Auction Pro, but PHP Pro Bid software renamed. I've read many horrible reviews of PHP Pro Bid and did not go with them. Let me wrap up what is going on. PHP Pro Bid, PHP Auction Pro and Penny Script Inc are all run by the same crooks. John and Kevin sales reps and an "owner" named Andre. They have no problem doing what it takes to make a sale and then it's over. They are now very expensive. So, if you want their software as a base buy it for cheap somewhere on line and hire your own programmer and host. By the way Tailormadeservers.com (the host) is also in on the scam.
I WARN YOU NOW! Buy from any of the sites above and you WILL HAVE PROBLEMS!!!

- This company has scammed me out of over $800, they sold me software that was linked to their sites, phppennyauction.com and scriptmatix.com and then they took these sites offline, thus resulting in my website being unusable. If you see these peoples names associated with any other company, especially Duncan Shadbolt as he sold it to me and reassured me it was completely risk free etc. do not deal with them, they will scam you too
