Ordered women's white golf shoe in size 8 1/2 and received hot pink women's running shoe in size 7 1/2. Contacted them by email immediately (they don't have any contact phone numbers) and told them of the problem and asked for a prepaid shipping label to return the shoes I received. The shipping information that came with package had a PO Box as return address in China - can't ship to a PO Box. No company name provided either. Still sending emails back and forth with them - they first asked for pictures of the shoes I received and asked again what was wrong with them. I told them again that they were not the shoes or size I ordered and sent pictures. They then asked (again) what the problem was! I asked for a refund of my money and a prepaid shipping label to return the incorrect shoes. I told them I did not want to bother with getting the correct item shipped to me. They responded again asking for the correct item number and correct size because they want to send them to me. They didn't respond to my request for a shipping label (or shipping address) or my request for a refund. I'm pretty certain that my money is not going to be refunded and I'm not going to receive what I ordered. This website is a total sham company - DO NOT ORDER FROM IT!
