In May 2013 I ordered, after hearing of it on the Dr. Oz show, a product called Garcenia Cambogia. Along with this product I also received one bottle of Colon Cleanser - two additional bottlles of this cleanser were received prior to the end of June. The product was shipped from "Angry Elelphant" at the above address, so that was who I searched for to find a telephone number to make contact about returning the product. This call was made on July 31, 2013, I was not informed of any deadline for returning product, but was told top parcel up every thing, including partially used bottles and return - which I did on August 1, 2013, and I was given a return number to quote, that being RMA12877. In total I returned 3 full and 2 part bottles of the Garcenia Cambogia, plus 2 full abd 1 part bottle of the Colon Cleanser. Over a month passes, and I had heard nothing about a refund, so I called a number that I found on this website, probably made this call around September 13, 2013. I had no response from them over the next 2 week period, so I called again today and was told that I could expect no refund because I had not acted within a 21 day period. This was the first I had heard of a deadline for returning product. Really, the fact of the matter is that, in shipping to Canada from California, the parcel would have had to make a U-turn in mid-trip in order to be back in 21 days....leaving no time for trial. I am not sure if you can help me, but maybe you could steer me in the right direction. The returned product was received by the Angry Elephant on August 12, 2013 - I know this because I mailed it with a trace option. I really do believe that I am entitled to a refund but I am have difficulty finding out who is responsible for issuing that to me. Thank you.
