I've been having problems with my computer where it wouldn't let me install software from a disc. I looked on the internet and ended up contacting OmniTech support. I was communicating with them via computer. I explained my situation and they said they would be able to fix the problem and that it would cost me 299.00. I was forced into early retirement and lost 70% of my pension when the company I worked for declared bankruptcy. There was no was I could afford that and advised them of this. She came back and said because of my situation they would repair it and give me 6 months support for 199.99 . It was still a hard decision for me but I finally agreed and gave them my credit card Due to the fact that I'm old and not very computer literate I had to let them take control of my computer. I ended up communication with three different technicians each of them doing something to my computer and this went on for over 4 hours.In the end they managed to install one of the programs I was having trouble with and told me they did a complete repair on my computer and that I would get 6 months additional support. Yesterday I tried to install another piece of software and again had the same problem. When I looked at the agreement they supplied I saw that it was for a one time repair. To say I was pissed would be a definite understatement. Unfortunately I am a very trusting person and end up getting taken to the cleaners. I really could have used that money for other necessities. I hope you can post this on your website and hopefully not too many more people will get taken by this corrupt company regards Bill

  • Mr. William P Stachiw contacted us with a computer issue and paid us $119.99 to fix the issue and for 6 months technical support. Our technician worked on his computer and fixed the issue. The customer checked the issue resolution and confirmed it over chat. Later we haven’t received any information about the issue reoccurrence. After checking the complaint in scambook.com, we tried to communicate with the customer but each time we reached his voice mail box.

    However, we refunded the full amount of $119.99 and the customer confirmed that he received his money in his account. As per the service agreement signed by the customer, the customer is eligible for a pro-rated refund. As always, we want our customer to be happy and that’s why, we issued a full refund of $119.99 to Mr. William P Stachiw.

    Below are the refund details;
    Transaction Approved.
    Auth Code: C50005
