I saw the advertisement on 9/3/13 for a “free trial” and I signed up. After signing up, I read that if you do not return the product within 10 days of the trial order you will be charged $148.95.
I immediately (within 30 minutes) called to cancel my membership. They canceled my membership and told me that I would not be charged and if I was charged the shipping it would be refunded. They also told me that I would not receive the package.
On 9/11/13 I received the package. I called and was told “Just send it back” and I would not be charged. On 9/12/13 I returned to sender, therefore I do not have a tracking number and knew nothing about a RMA (return merchandise authorization) code.
I was charged $148.95 dollars on the 9/16/13. I called on 9/16/13 and was informed that I would be receiving a refund within 24 hours. No refund.
I called on 9/18/13 and was told that “The woman that you spoke to must have had her time table wrong. You will receive a refund 3 business days from Monday.”
I called on 9/23/13 and was told that I needed the tracking number. I informed the woman that I didn’t have one because I was told to “return to sender”. She said that is fine we just need to know the date that you sent it. I was driving at the time and was not sure. She told me to call back when I had the date and I would get a refund within 24 hours. I called back the same day with the date I returned it and was told FOR THE FIRST TIME that I needed an RMA number written on the package before it was sent, but they would try and find my package and get my refund within 3-5 business days.
I called back on 9/26/13 and was given a RMA number to write on the package “Just in case it got rejected from the warehouse and returned to my house.” I asked to talk to a supervisor and he told me there were none available and I will be paced on a list and will receive a phone call from a supervisor within 24 hours. No one called.
I called on 9/28/13 and was told my “Joseph” that the warehouse has my package and I would receive a refund in 24- 48 hours.
I called again today 9/28/13. I spoke to Jamie, ID number 2256. He informed me that they were not sure if they had my package. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he put me on hold and told me none where available. When I continued to tell him about all of my previous phone calls. He told me that all he can do for me is give me a $50 refund. I told him no and continued to explain what I had been through. He interrupted me and told me he could give me a $75 dollar refund and return the product to me. I told him I needed a full refund and he told me they will check the warehouse and will give me my refund in 3-5 business days.
