I ordered a item where I did not have to redeem the voucher myself because the item would be sent after payment. I was told that it would take 2-3 weeks for my item to arrive. However, after 25 business days (5 weeks!) I finally got around to calling them (on 9/09) as emailing them several times (on 9/3 AND 9/5) before brought no response. When calling, I was only left to leave a voicemail, to which was responded to later that week (on 9/13). I was told that there was a delay on the item from the vender and I should get the item no later than early the following week. It's been a week since then, and I have not received my purchase. Upon receiving a email from them, I messaged them back asking if there was a tracking number on my shipment and I never got a response.

Its ridiculous that its been almost two months after purchasing that I still have not received my item, nor have any idea what the status of it is.
