Since when did Walmart cash your payroll check and Regions Bank will not, based on if your current account does not have enough funds to cover it.... Bizzarr... really, they could at least cash it for a Walmart charge.. So (Inappropriate Content Removed) and inconveient!!!Looking for a New Bank, is this a bank or state policy?
