A CHARGE WAS ON MY ACCOUNT FOR $21.84. THE CREDITOR WAS AT NORTHSIDE MARKET. I DID NOT USE MY CARD AT THIS PLACE AND NO ONE ELSE HAS USED THIS CARD. I DON'T KNOW HOW THIS HAPPENDED, BUT WHEN I CALLED I GOT A NEW CARD ISSUED. THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND FORMS TO FILL OUT CONCERNING THIS DISPUTE. I FILEED THESE FORMS OUT AND SENT THEM BACK. I GOT THE RUNAROUND, SAYING WHY I DIDN'T DISPUTE ANY OTHER CHARGES. THE REASON IS I TOLD THE PERSON, THE OTHER CHARGES ON 10/26 AND 10/29 WERE OKAY. IN FACT, WHEN I CALLED I WENT OVER ALL CHAREGES WITH THEM WITHIN THAT TIME FRAME. I RECEIVED A LETTER IN THE MAIL, DENYING MY CLAIM. WHEN I CALLED THEY SAID I DID NOT SIGN THE AFFIDAVIT, WHICH I DID. THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND THE FORMS, WHICH I NEVER DID RECEIVE. THIS IS VERY BAD BUSINESS. I NEVER WENT THROUGH THIS WITH BANK OF AMERICA. I WANT SOME ACTION ON THIS. THAT CHARGE IS NOT AN AUTHORIZED CHARGE OF MINE.
