I like 52 others fell for their promise. When I received their starter kit for $4.95 w/in 2 days of ordering...there wasn't any packing slip or anything. I went on their webpage to cancel, and even e-mailed them through their webpage to cancel. Because their product is no better than e-cigs...it sucks. Then 4-5 days later I checked my account and they were charging me $148!! and for what? there wasn't any account to sign on to or anything. I went through their e-mail account again to not charge my account, and tried the 800# quite a few times at at least 20 rings, and no answer no nothing!! filed a report with my local police department, bank and state attorney, and local police dept for Rocky Hill, Ct. Others should do the same, just because we try a product shouldn't mean it's an open book to happily charge our accounts at will!!. Stand together!! tired of the ripoff...
Update: 09/18/2013
I talked with my bank and filled a dispute form, talked with my local police and got an case# and cancelled my debit card so no further charges would be incurred by this company. The $148 did not go through.

fax a copy of complaint part of your banks form, and case# to the local police dept where these companies have an address, and a copy to the State Attorney's office in that state. Enough complaints against a company, will be investigated.
