I ordered the e-cig in Oct. 2013. In Dec. 2013 one of the e-cigs quit working. I called and was given an RMA number and told to send it back with all my info and why I was sending it back. I did as I was told. I never got it back, never got any replies. so I started calling. I talked to a supervisor who sent me some cartridges for my inconvenience but she never told me the RMA number wasn't good. I called again about the warranty on my e-cig. I kept getting told by several that I would get it in 3-5 business days. I have not received anything. I have called several times and still nothing. I even e-mailed the company. I finally got a reply back after my second e-mail that I wanted something done.They said they would look into it. Nothing as of yet. Tonight 2/27/14 at 7:15 I called again the phone rings once then hangs up. Something needs to be done to this scam company.
