I placed an order and cancelled it 2 minutes later. The money was taken out of my account straight away. I have sent 15 emails to cancel the product and received no reply. This morning I received an email from a women in the US, she said she cant cancel the order because she is in the US and the product is shipped out from the UK: That is not my problem. When you have a company like that there must be some kind of communication between the two. I want a full refund please.

- i had same problem with them they said they would issue a full refund once i sent the product back to them i waited 4 weeks nothing arrived sent countless emails to be told it must of been lost in the mail and they would resend which took another 4 weeks to reach me i then had to pay $50.00 to send it back to them (track n traced) 4 days later it was back there they said they would issue a refund once they got confirmation from the warehouse that they had got the consignment.I waited 2 days then sent another email asking on the status of my refund only to get a computer generated answer saying they no longer reply by e mail and i would have to call them such a rip off company i have now enlisted scambooks premium support hopefully they can resolve this problem

so all in all i have lost $191.00 for the product and a further $50.00 to send it back for a refund
