This has been going on for months.It was a one time call to fix a computer issue.They are billing my debit card monthly for 19.95 I can not get through to them by phone.I told them up front i did not need further help.

(mytechsupport.com is a website hosting/ecommerce company)
They DO NOT do computer support and HAVE NEVER done computer support.
Before you go posting complaints, find out who is behind the scam first AND the CORRECT domain their company uses.
google "mytechsupport" and you'll find two "computer support companies that could be source of the "scam."
