I was given this number through Verizon thinking it was support for my iPhone. I needed my phone reset and had lost my data. They sàid a one time $69.99 fee would get it fixed and give me a year of support. After several reps and no resolution I asked for a refund. They assured me I would receive one. Not only did I not receive a refund but they charged my back account $69.99 four times in 6 weeks and $9.99 twice in 1 week. I get no where with customer support or billing. I want a full refund. This is fraud. I am astonished that a company like Verizon is referring its customers to this fraudulent company.
