I called them to solve a MacBook Pro problem. Represented themselves as Apple tech support and told me they couldn't help me solve my problem unless I bought a 2-yr warranty for $299.00. Transferred me to technician, who couldn't solve problem without me installing an anti-virus program, which cost $59.99. Then they dropped my call and would not call me back or re-address my problem, even after I placed two more calls to them. After talking to my credit card company to cancel the charges, I tried calling mytechsupport.com again two times and the calls would not go through. The third time, I received a message that the company was closed.
