An order was placed for the free trial and then later our card was charged $65.00. I spoke with this company and they said as long as we returned the item to them they would refund this money to our card. I sent the item back and they recieved this and issued a refund on aug 12, 2013 according to the email I got. It is now aug 30, 2013 and we still haven't recieved a refund. I called the customer support number from the email and this was for an entirely different company who knew nothing about what I was talking about. When I was able to get the right phone number to sapphire cig the man said a 3rd party issues the actual refund. He said they don't know who it is and could not give me a phone number only that they would send an email to them about the refund and I will recieve a call from them within a week. They are only trying to refund half the amount of which they charged and yet we haven't recieved anything. I find this very odd that the email from customer service with their phone number in which I called knew nothing about any of this? And they don't know who handles the actual refund? Why would they link someone elses phone number? None of this makes sense and so far were out the $4.95 for shipping for the free trial, the $65.00 they charged and the $2.92 it cost to ship their item back to them. I'm so unhappy and can't get a straight answer from anyone. Please help if you can. Thank you Heather (Personal Information Removed)
