I too was scammed by Saphire. Original price was $4.97. They sent the wrong flavor and I sent the kit back and they still say they haven't received it. They said they would settle for $70 and we would have it back in the account no later than July 16, 2013; that they were having issues with their computer on refunding electronically. I have called and called; now we are into September and still no refund.
I'm extremely upset over this!
