I gave this company $750 to "go to court and get my student loans decreased". They called and said that they had saved me $20,000 on my loans. I was ecstatic. Then I got my Federal Loan statement, and my balance due hasn't changed at all; they're just deferred for a year. I've left over 10 messages at the Student Loan Center for someone to call me back and explain how they've saved me money. That was almost 6 months ago--still waiting for a call back.

  • Hi Chrissy, sounds like these are the same individuals who in my case said they could restructure my loan for a lesser amount and like you I just found out they just deferred for a year. I hope you have taken the needed steps in reporting your complaint to all the appropriate agencies. IRS advised me to make a police report and mail to them, this I had not thought of.
