When my pc got infected, Iwas referred to the techsupportglobal web site through the internet explorer to fix the virus. They supposidly worked on it for 7 hours when they said the virus was fixed.Come to find out the next day they did nothing to correct the infection except to change my email address.when I called the following day they apologized and after several hours reported the problem had been corrected. As it turned out the same problem remained unfixed. When I called to complain I was not able to get a correction but was charged $190.They than said the home offfice in the Phillipines would check into it. To date----nothing!
