Signed up with this company because they were offering a 10% rebate with a business I was planning on buying from. Gave my credit card to utilize the premium account. They have taken 2 months of fees & not credited my account for purchase made. Contacted them via complaint form numerous times, contacted them via telephone several times. They state that they are waiting for confirmation from merchant. I called merchant who stated Rebate Giant has never contacted them. Phone call to Rebate Giant last week, I conveyed this information to Sylvia at Rebate Giant, who assured me my account would be credited for purchase within 2 business days. They have never done so. They do not even respond to complaint form at this point. I purchased from the merchant that I did because I was counting on this rebate in figuring total cost of item purchased
