I was having a problem accessing my sbcglobal.net email acct. The rep told me I had to give her certain info such as my email Id, password, and security questions to my email acct to verify me, which I did. She also told me my email acct. had been hacked and it was going to cost $189 and change to repair it.

- I experienced being asked by TSG about the same information so that my case can be further investigated. All information were kept confidential and my problem was resolved. They even gave me technical support privilege, which of course is paid for but is surprisingly helping me a lot.
