Last Saturday, August 3d, I watched a movie using a NeoCoin offer presented by NeoBux, which I considered to be a Free Trial due to the following announcement stated above the offer:
quote
Watch as many movies you want!
Earn 7915 NeoCoins . NeoCoins awarded once: 1. Email & password input 2. Billing info input (no CC charge). Free Trial!!!

Upon fullfilring the above requierments I was let to the page with movies and wached one of them. To my great surprise, instead of earning 7915 neocoins as it was declaired, an amount of $ 49,95 has been withdrawn from my account on 3th of August by order of VIDZSTAR.COM! Neither the above mentioned amount, nor the name vidzstar.com was mentioned in the offer. I didn’t get any explanation about what has happened and how can I claim the amount.
I submitted a notice to NeoBuxSupport and their advice was to contact the provider of the offer directly but I cannot find in Internet any direct contact to vidzstar. Can anybody advice me what to do and to get my money back?
