After signing up for a 'free' trial i have as most people on here been debited $49.95. I have requested a cancellation and had to agree to pay yet more money $0.99 to cancel online. I attempted to ring the UK freephone number but was diverted to an American IVR and unable to cancel my (unwanted) 'membership' without entering my card details once more. I'd ideally like a refund but definately want some form of communication to advise i will no longer be charged
