I have recently checked my Canada Trust(TD) Banking debit account and found that i had registered an account online in Vidzstar.com since August, 2013, and it had charged me approximately 55 Canadian dollars per month until now. I found that it was so scared and ridiculous because i had never opened an account in Vidzstar and didn't even know what you guys are working with. I was so sad and found that maybe someone stole my personal information and banking account to open an account in you guys website and charge me every month since August, 2013.
I had already called back you guys customer service representative and he answered me without hesitation that your company would just give me a refund of maximum 200 dollars since the year 2014. I am writing this complaint letter to confirm that i want all my money back, and i have already called Canada Trust(TD) bank to send a request to
you guys for this irresponsible situation!
