My son was told that he was approved for a personal loan but he needed to send $125 on a Money Pak card in order to process the loan. He sent them the money and then they wanted $75 more. He was not comfortable giving them more money, so he decided to cancel the loan and ask for his $125 back. They refuse to give him his money back and they will not process the loan without $75 more. James Walker (the supposed manager)became very unprofessional, using inappropriate language, after he asked to cancel the loan and have his money returned. James Walker then suggested that he buy another Money Pak card, activate it with $50 and he would return the $125 to this new card. He did not buy another Money Pak card in fear that the total loss would be $175.
