On July 11, 2013 I was on one of my regular websites and a 2 or 3 question survey popped up an I went ahead and filled the survey out because I go to this site often. When I finished the survey I got the choice of 4 or 5 items that I could choose from for taking the survey. I chose the AuraVie and had to pay the shipping & handling of 2.98 for a "FREE" sample. I received the product but on the following credit card statement I was charged $97.00 for the product. No where on the information where I signed up for it did it state that you would be charged for the item it was just presented as a "FREE" sample for taking the survey. I called the number on the credit card and was told I had 30 days to cancel the produce and return it but it was after hours when I called. I called the number on the packing slip to cancel and now it has changed to 10 days and I cannot return the product. I then go onto the AuraVie.com site and it says you have 14 days. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card.
