I WAS CONTACTED BY GE CAPITAL BANK WHILE ON VACATION IN VIRGINIA. THEY SAID THAT I QUALITIFIED FOR $5000. THEY COULD NOT SEND IT TO MY BANK BECAUSE THEIR BANK WAS HAVING A PROBLEM SENDING. THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND IT THROUGH WESTERN UNION AND I HAD TO FIRST SEND THEM THE NUMBER ON THE STEAM CARD FOR INSURANCE WHICH WAS $50. I DID THIS AND THEN WESTERN UNION WOULD COST $235 BUT WALMART DID NOT HAVE CARDS FOR THAT AMOUNT. THEY ONLY HAD CARDS FOR $240 SO I BOUGHT THEM AND SENT THEM THE NUMBERS OVER THEIR PHONE LINE. THEN THEY WANTED MORE MONEY OF $230 AND I SAID NO THAT I WAS CANCELING THE WHOLE THING. I WANT MY MONEY BACK I TOLD THEM. THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE 45 DAYS TO RETURN MY MONEY. I BELIEVED THEM. I TOLD THEM I WANTED IT BACK RIGHT AWAY AND SO FAR NO MONEY HAS BEEN RETURNED.
